We stopped in here on our way up the East Coast, and quite randomly on New Years Eve.. if we had have known we would love the vibe so much, we would have absolutely stayed longer. This place is a gem for many reasons. Im a big believer in giving credit where due so here it is. Firstly Casey was proactive and engaging, a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. She had us a spot at short notice at what would have been a very demanding time for her. No questions asked! (They were full so I think luckily we got the last spot and next time we will book in advance for this place!!) Secondly the vibe here was awesome. We have a 1 year old so a family friendly atmosphere was important to us. People were so friendly and the vibe was great. Kids having a great time and parents enjoying breaking bread with family. We are already recommending to our friends and planning our next trip. Just a short drive into Batemans, a day trip from Jarvis, this place makes that perfect base. We had a big set up too, 9 metres and it worked so well. Cant recommend it enough. Enjoy!!!
stayed here as the park is pet friendly. camped on large grass site in allday sun. was a shame there was no freezer for my ice bricks. and limited cooking facilities only had bbq no microwave to cook with. Great location and beach walking distance made the trip a good one. fire works for new years were awesome at the club. may stay again as the beach at tomakin is super kid and dog friendly. park had lots of kids activities in the summer holidays too
Its a good place to stay, they are still in the process of improving the park, wh edn its finished it will be superb!.
A beutiful little paradise hidden away off the main highway, well worth a visit it has van parks and such , i definitely would call in .
Times have changed!! Have spent my entire childhood and adult life holidaying at this park.. used to be a great family park but recently newly owned and run by a large company seems that the family/community goals have changed.. the park is more concerned about its external image rather than the long term and family image... very saddening...
