I dropped off my car for some repairs this morning, having been told the work would take about an hour by an employee there yesterday. I was asked what I intended to do while the work was carried out, I repeated the quoted time and said is just have a coffee nearby while the work was carried out. Three hours and two phone conversations later I was told it was always going to take much more time than that. I was accused of threatening them when I expressed my frustration at the miscommunication and it was only at that point that I was offered a lift home from the cafe I had been waiting at. Not happy with their communication skills at all. I may revise this review upwards if the work is good when I finally get to pick up the car.Update, the person who caused the problem was not present when I picked up the car and I got what felt like an authentic apology. Upgraded review from one star, but communication is still really important and time lost because of it is still time lost.
